Xavier Goodridge Gippsland Pinot Noir ABV 5.5% this is a versatile wineA blend of new and grafted vines from the Avon Vineyard, this Gippsland Pinot Noir brings together three clones MV6, Abel and 114 to capture a village expression of the site and the wider region. The fruit was hand picked into 15 kg baskets, carefully sorted and gently destemmed, with fermentation lasting around 20 days. The wine was then pressed and matured for 10 months in large format oak, primarily 1,800 L foudres, before bottling in February.
