I painted this just weeks before lots of hard hit our little community--grieving some devastating losses of family and friends due to Covid

The overlapping mountains and the bold sunrise really bring the view together

"I've lost count of how many incredible sunsets I've had the pleasure of experiencing here

including an 11 mile stretch in which hikers have no access to fresh water
