Cone 10 reduction (smaller image): Color lightens. Crystals remain. TIP: SW 201 Turquoise is the base glaze. For a lighter crystal effect, you may try applying two coats of SW 201 Turquoise with a third coat of SW 150 Celadon Bloom. Stoneware crystal glazes are designed to expand upon the surface with dazzling bursts of color.
