Semuliki Forest 72% Dark Chocolate Bar bean to bar chocolate CACAO PRODUCER: Ingemann NicaraguaThis 72% dark chocolate bar features beans from the Bundibugyo region in Western Uganda. The cacao resulted in a slightly darker chocolate in colour and very distinct flavour from any of our other bars. We taste flavours that include spice and jammy fruits, or even a mulled wine, on a background of deep chocolate. We're very happy with the 72% ratio of cacao with the Semuliki bean but have heard from other makers that this bean also shines at higher
