The fusion of Australian Apera cask matured whisky was evolved in exclusive 100L Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso Casks from the Jerez de la Frontera in Andalusia, Spain. The Sherry Fusion Tasmanian Whisky is a light chestnut colour, depicting notes of dark chocolate, Christmas pudding and toffee.
